Learned about web quests today and thought it was definetly pretty cool. I was surpirised to see that you dont need a ton of information to actually pull it off. At first i thought they were too overwhelming for students, but today i saw that you can easily make it as hard or easy as you want for the proper level of your class.

I'm glad to read that you have a positive feeling about WebQuests now. As you said, students are able to create wonderful WebQuests. There are even competitions for them.

Angelo,
It was fun to see your website on wrestling today. I work with a teacher that is in love with The Rock. She talks about him often in class and always gets a laugh from her students. It was sad to hear that Chris B. recently killed himself.

I like your WebQuest. I think especially boys like your WebQuest. I feel like I'm in Rome. Nice pictures and well-organized!

I know what you mean. I too felt overwhelmed at first, but once I got started I could see how it would be easy to spend a whole day (or more) working on just one web quest. Now that it is done I feel that it was a valuable experience and look forward to making some for my students.

Angelo,
I agree with you. Once you get started all you need is the time to put into it. Webquests really are a great tool to use in the classroom.
